The Free Range Pigs we use
We pride ourselves on using Free-Range local pork. We get the majority of our pigs from Freeland Pork. The farm is located near Rushworth in Victoria where they have 500 acres to rotate the pigs with a cropping enterprise. All pigs graze, forage and wallow in open paddocks with man made and natural shelters.
When we need extra pork, we also use other local free range farms including The Freeranger in Echuca. This ensures we know where our pork is coming from and we can be confident of the top quality of the ingredients we use
At Pacdon Park "We go the Whole Hog!"
We get the whole Free Range Pig, and use every part for our smallgoods. All butchered in-house, you can be assured there is no waste or "show meat" in our products, with the pork pies and sausages containing only top quality shoulder meat!
