The Free Range Pigs we use
We pride ourselves on using Free-Range local pork. We get the majority of our pigs from three local pig farms, all within 1 hour drive of our property. This ensures we know where our pork is coming from and we can be confident of the top quality of the ingredients we use. It also means we are supporting local small-scale farmers. The pigs at all the farms graze, forage and wallow in open paddocks with man made and natural shelters.
At Pacdon Park "We go the Whole Hog!"
We get the whole Free Range Pig, and use every part for our smallgoods. All butchered in-house, you can be assured there is no waste or "show meat" in our products, with the pork pies and sausages containing only top quality shoulder meat!
