Black Pudding, an ancient food, first described in Homer's Odyssey in about 800BC. Pacdon Park's best Black Pudding, made in the traditional way, is a real delight and an essential part of any cooked breakfast.
Available in 200g Retail Packs ($9.50), or the larger 500g ($19.95) and 1kg Chubs ($39.95).
Please note: unopened the Black Pudding lasts 3 months in the refrigerator, but must be consumed within 5 days when opened. The product is safe to freeze, so the larger puddings can be sliced into discs and frozen and then a portion can be defrosted when required.
