Our unsmoked gammon is made using free range pork leg which has been boned out and cured with an apple brine. The traditional joints have been soaked by us so are ready to boil and bake at home to create a succulent Gammon Ham.
$30 per kg these joints are available from 1.5kg up to large 3kg. We can do even larger (upto around 5-6Kg) with 2 weeks notice and will release the larger sizes for Christmas.
