Our unsmoked gammon is made using free range pork leg which has been boned out and cured with an apple brine. The traditional joints have been soaked by us so are ready to boil and bake at home to create a succulent Gammon Ham.
Our joints are available all year round in a range of sizes from 1.5kg to 5kg. Priced at $33 per kg. These can also be cut down into steaks as the joints have already been soaked to remove the excess salt.
